FAISON TAKES OVER LEASING AND MANAGEMENT OF BECKER VILLAGE MALL IN ROANOKE RAPIDS, NC
Charlotte, NC — November 15, 2006 — Faison announced today that their services have been retained as the new leasing and management team for Becker Village Mall, located at 10th Street and Becker Drive in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Becker Village is a 32-acre, 321,000 square foot; one level, enclosed mall that is the only enclosed mall for 40 miles and services the counties of Halifax and Northampton in North Carolina and Greensville county Virginia.
Faison’s Justin Schad will direct the leasing of the property, while Sid Welch will lead the transition. On site management is handled by Marvin Ward and Marketing by Nancy Northington. Faison Retail Asset Management’s Charlotte office currently handles the leasing and management of over 4 million square feet of property.
