FAISON EXPANDS FLORIDA OPERATIONS WITH ADDITION OF PHILIP D. GREENWALD
Charlotte, NC — September 28, 2005 — Faison Enterprises, Inc., announced today that Philip D. Greenwald has joined the firm’s retail development team. Mr. Greenwald will serve as Managing Director of Development in Faison’s north Florida region where he will be responsible for cultivating new development and re-development opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
Mr. Greenwald brings with him over ten years of prior commercial real estate development experience. Mr. Greenwald brings to Faison prior experience from Cedarwood Development, Inc., he was Director of Site Acquisitions, responsible for the development of CVS/Pharmacy stores in the Southwest Florida region, and Publix Supermarkets, Inc. where he served as Real Estate Manager for the Jacksonville Division. Faison welcomes Mr. Greenwald as the firm’s business and client base continues to expand.
