Redevelopment Completed at Aberdeen Commons Shopping Center
Aberdeen, NC – September 2, 2005 – Faison’s Carolinas
Retail Development department has completed redevelopment of Aberdeen
Commons Shopping Center, a 120,000 square-foot shopping center located
at US Hwy. 15-501 and US 1 in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
”
We are pleased with our anchor line-up and mix of small
shop tenants. The recent addition of Kirkland’s completes
our tenant line-up at Aberdeen Commons,” said Bill Barnett

Aberdeen
Commons replaced the former Kmart shopping center that
was demolished to accommodate the redevelopment. The shopping
center opened in the first quarter of 2005 and is anchored
by Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross Dress for Less and
PETsMART. Small
shop tenants include Rack Room Shoes, Panera Bread, Moe’s Southwest
Grill, Kirkland ’s, EB Games, Cold Stone Creamery, and US Cellular.
Other
shopping centers recently developed by Faison’s Carolinas
