FAISON ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR LUXURY COMMUNITY IN HUNTERSVILLE, NC

Delancey Lofts
Sample Road community - Huntersville, NC

Charlotte, NC —July 26, 2006 — The Residential development team of Charlotte-based Faison and Associates, announced their plans to develop a luxury community near Charlotte that will satisfy the potential buyer's need for both luxurious surroundings and a peaceful, secluded setting.

Located within a 20-minute drive from Downtown Charlotte on Sample Road in Huntersville, NC, this 120 acre property is surrounded by Mecklenburg County's Latta Plantation Park, and is adjacent to the park's equestrian facilities.  The site is close to Huntersville Business Park and many excellent schools.  This yet-to-be-named luxury community will contain approximately 70 heavily wooded lots ranging in size from 1/2 acre to over
1-1/2 acres. Construction is expected to commence in the 4th quarter of 2006.

A low impact development style will be incorporated in keeping with the site’s rural surroundings. Engineering should be completed in the next six months, after that time a search for builders will take place. "We expect to solicit interest from local custom home builders, national home builders for their luxury series, or from individual buyers searching for a home site," remarked Neil Kapadia, Managing Director of Faison's Mid-Atlantic Commercial and Residential Services.
