Peachtree City Council Approves Kedron Village Site Plan

Atlanta - June 3, 2004 - Last night, the Peachtree City Council approved a conceptual site plan submitted by Faison Enterprises, Inc. for the expansion of Kedron Village.

“ This approval signals a new beginning for this development,” said Mike Cohn, senior managing director, Faison. “Now that we have an approved site plan, we can move forward with making this project a reality and delivering a quality shopping center to Peachtree City.”

The approved site plan contains a 124,717-square-foot Target, as well as an additional 90,283 square feet of retail space, bringing the total retail square footage of the shopping center to 215,000 square feet, excluding outparcels. The approved site plan also includes one outparcel at 50,000 square feet. In addition, the project contains 14,800 square feet of second floor office space.
