Faison Acquires 156 Acres in Gaffney, SC
Charlotte, NC -- May 25, 2005 -- Faison
announced today the recent acquisition of 156 acres of commercial and industrial
land in the MeadowCreek Industrial
Park. Located along Interstate 85, off Exit 96 on Route 18, MeadowCreek is
an established industrial park with all utilities and road infrastructure
in place.
The seller, Central Carolina Bank, was represented by Tommy Williams of Excess
Realty. Charlotte-based Faison bought the property for investment purposes
and will actively seek both land sales to users, as well as commercial build-to-suits.
The newly acquired property will be marketed by John Culbertson of Trammell
Crow Company’s Charlotte office.
