Real Estate Veteran Charles Bludworth to Focus on Faison’s Florida Retail Development Business
Charlotte, NC — February 3, 2006 — Faison is pleased to announce that Charles E. Bludworth has joined the company as Senior Managing Director of Development for Faison’s Florida region where he will be responsible for overseeing all of that region’s retail development activities. Chuck brings with him over twenty years of experience in the retail development industry.
Prior to joining Faison, Mr. Bludworth was Vice President of Development, Asset Redevelopment and Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust based in Farmington Hills, MI. While at Ramco-Gershenson he directed all aspects of new community center development and managed the asset redevelopment program for the upper mid-west portfolio. Previously, Mr. Bludworth was Vice President of Leasing for the Glimcher Group based in Pittsburgh, PA where he managed the company’s marketing and leasing program, and was a member of their Executive Committee.
