Faison Announces Entrance into Multifamily Sector with the Addition of Wyatt Dixon
Charlotte, NC — February 1, 2006 — Faison Enterprises is pleased to announce that Wyatt T. Dixon, III has joined the firm as Managing Director of Residential and Commercial Development. Mr. Dixon will oversee the firm’s newly-formed multifamily business with a specific focus on development in the Carolinas.
Mr. Dixon joins Faison after an eight-year career with Summit Properties, and subsequently Camden Property Trust as Vice President of Development. During his tenure with Summit and Camden, Dixon was responsible for the successful development of over 2,000 apartment units valued in excess of $300,000,000. Dixon’s development experience includes suburban garden apartment projects, residential/retail/office mixed-use development, as well as mid and high-rise apartment projects in various southeastern cities.
Wyatt received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
