Mr. Faison is Chairman and Founder of Faison Enterprises, Inc., successor to a series of affiliated real estate partnerships and corporations which he created beginning in the 1960's.

Mr. Faison received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Davidson College and his Masters of Business Administration from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Faison is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He has also served as board member of numerous non-industry organizations including the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, the Center for Real Estate Advisory at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Philip W. Norwood

Mr. Norwood has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Faison since 1994 and, as such, is responsible for overall leadership, guidance, and direction of all of the company's business activities.

Prior to joining Faison, Mr. Norwood was a partner for more than thirteen years with Trammell Crow Company, first in Washington, D.C. and then Dallas, Texas, serving in a number of key positions including: Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel; President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Trammell Crow Realty Advisors; Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Ventures; President of Trammell Crow Real Estate Investors, a publicly traded REIT; and Vice-Chairman of Trammell Crow Company (NYSE).

Mr. Norwood holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Washington & Lee University, a Masters from Duke University, and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Mr. Norwood is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Real Estate Roundtable. He serves on the boards of Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. (NYSE:MAA), Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc., and numerous non-industry organizations including Opera Carolina (Past Chairman), Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and Rector (Chairman) of the Board of Trustees of Washington & Lee University.

Mr. Jackson is the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer of Faison with responsibility for all of the firm's financial, accounting, tax, legal, and administrative areas. He assumed his current position in 1996.

Prior to joining Faison, Mr. Jackson was co-manager of Continental Bank’s (Chicago, IL) real estate department responsible for real estate activities nationwide. Mr. Jackson was responsible for a department with managed loan commitments exceeding $5 billion as well as the department’s capital market and loan sale activities.

Mr. Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, and served in the United States Army for four years. Mr. Jackson is involved with various local civic endeavors and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

David B. Chandler

Mr. Chandler is responsible for placing short and long-term debt for the company as well as structuring equity investments, he has placed debt totaling over $2 billion.

Prior to joining Faison in 1992, Mr. Chandler was Trust Investment Officer and Real Estate Asset Manager at Wachovia Bank in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was also with the Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa, providing fixed rate, permanent debt.

Mr. Chandler has undergraduate and Master of Science degrees in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Mr. Lampke is responsible for all existing property acquisition and disposition activities at Faison. He has 25 years of real estate experience and has executed transactions valued at over $1.5 billion during his tenure with Faison since 1990.

Mr. Lampke holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
