Mr. Webb joined the company in March of 2013 and is responsible for the overall leadership of the Faison management team and direction of the Company’s business activities.
Prior to joining Faison, Mr. Webb had served as President of Crescent Resources residential division for eleven years. In that capacity, he oversaw the development and sale of over $2,250,000,000 in home sites, $4,500,000,000 of homes and $200,000,000 in condominiums. Prior to Crescent, Mr. Webb served as President and eventually as Chairman of First Carolina Investors, a publically traded entity that developed real estate prior to becoming a closed-end mutual fund. He began his career with the Sea Pines Company on Hilton Head Island.
Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Arts from UNC-Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead Scholar (now Morehead-Cain) and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Webb is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a Trustee and former Chairman of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. He is also on the Board of the Catawba Land Conservancy and the Carolina Thread Trail.
