Since the founding of our company in the 1960’s Faison has successfully developed over 40 million square feet of retail, residential and commercial property. Past retail development successes like SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, and urban office buildings like the James Center in Richmond, and current successful joint-ventures such as the mixed-use development The Avenue® Murfreesboro along with local multi-family residential development and suburban office successes speak to the many product types within Faison’s scope of experience.
