Having previously established a strong reputation as a quality retail developer, Faison diversified into commercial development and management in the early 1980s with the development of several major urban high-rise and suburban office parks. Faison has consistently maintained high occupancy rates and commanded Class A market leading rents in those projects. Our senior executives have developed nearly 14 million sq ft of office product; and over 5.5 million sq ft of industrial space.

In addition to its development activities, Faison has acquired more than $1.4 billion of office and industrial properties on behalf of domestic and international institutional investors, as well as for its own account. Through intensive asset management leasing and repositioning, these acquisitions have shown strong intermediate term increases in value in nearly every instance.
