Asset Management: The asset
management group has responsibility for all aspects of a project,
beginning with participation in acquisition due diligence and
concluding with sale.
Effective stewardship is predicated on establishing clear,
strategic direction to maximize asset value and satisfying
a particular client's requirements. This
entails direct participation in all critical property level
activities. The asset management group drives the disposition
process including sale
recommendation, pricing, marketing and closing.
Investor Relations: Faison Capital Advisors represents a variety of foreign and domestic institutional and high net worth investors, including public pension funds, commercial banks, private banks and family offices. Investment portfolios are generally handled on a separate account basis.
