Charlotte, NC — October 1, 2007 — Pompano Citi Centre, a 972,000 square foot, major redevelopment project anchored by JC Penney, Sears, Lowe’s, Macy’s Office Depot, Linens-N-Things, Ross Dress for Less and Gold’s Gym, is excited to announce the following new retailers and relocations that have recently taken place; now opened in their permanent locations within the center are:

Gold’s Gym – Located on the second floor above the JC Penney entrance; a 5,000 membership capacity co-ed gym recognized as an authority on fitness in their new 32,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility

Rack Room Shoes – Located on the ground level at the JC Penney entrance; top brand, stylish family shoes offered at reasonable prices

Foot Locker – Located at the JC Penney entrance at ground level; offering premier athletic footwear and apparel

Joining them are these newly opened stores:

Jumper’s Party Pad  – Find them on the second floor above the JC Penney entrance; family party and play center for children, also offering programs for mommies and babies 6 months to 2 years old

J. Mark’s Restaurant and Bar —  Free-standing restaurant on Copans Road; fine dining experience featuring a full bar, lounge, meeting facilities and outside patio

Stores under construction and opening soon are:

Lane Bryant — At the JC Penney plaza entrance on ground level; leaders in stylish apparel for plus sized women

Belis —  In the plaza,on the first level; offers trendy apparel and accessories for junior’s and womenClaire’s  —  At  the plaza, on the ground level; value-priced jewelry and accessories designed for girls and young women

Hurricane Wings and Grill — At the JC Penney entrance at ground level; featuring award-winning wings

Vital Dent — In the plaza area on the second level; specializing in complete dental services

North Broward Neurology  —  Located in the plaza area on the second level; Dr. Brad Dajani.

ABC Fine Wine and Spirits  — Free-standing store on Copans Road near Macy’s entrance; fine wines, spirits and beers.
