Faison Appoints Regional Leader for New Charleston Office
Charlotte, NC – September 27, 2005 - Faison Enterprises is pleased to announce that Matthew (Tripp) O. Moye, III joined the firm as Managing Director of Development for its newly formed Charleston, SC office. Mr. Moye will oversee the solicitation, analysis, underwriting and negotiation of all commercial and residential development for regional projects. Faison welcomes Mr. Moye as its business and client base continue to expand.
Mr. Moye brings to Faison an outstanding track record spanning approximately seven years. Previously Mr. Moye was a Development Director for Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC where he participated in the execution of several of the company’s developments, including a $243 million, 1,200-unit multifamily acquisition, encompassing eleven high-rises as well as 60,000 square feet of retail space in New York City. Most recently, Mr. Moye has been instrumental in the development and execution of townhomes, condominiums and apartment buildings in Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC.
