FAISON NAMES ROBERT B. MORRIS AS MANAGING DIRECTOR AT THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL OFFICE
CHARLOTTE - July 16, 2010 – Faison Enterprises, Inc. (www.faison.com), based in Charlotte, NC announced today that Rob Morris has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of its Southeast Retail Office, headquartered in Atlanta. “We are fortunate to have such a respected and experienced professional driving our development and leasing goals in the Southeast Region,” remarked Philip W. Norwood, Faison’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Morris began his career with Faison in 2004 after holding previous positions at Cousins Properties and JDN Realty and has been responsible for leasing over 600,000 square feet of space in Faison’s retail developments.

Projects under his oversight are North Logan Commons in Loganville, GA and Barrow Crossing in Winder, GA in addition to Avenue ® Murfreesboro south of Nashville, TN, a joint venture between Faison and Cousins Properties.
