Faison Launches Leasing Effort at Four Seasons Station

Greensboro, NC — July 10, 2007 — Koury Corporation recently announced that they have chosen Charlotte-based Faison as the leasing firm for Four Seasons Station, an entertainment and shopping center in Greensboro that is under development and owned by Koury Corporation. Thurman Brooks, Director of Leasing, and Justin Schad, Leasing Associate for Faison, will oversee leasing activity.

Four Seasons Station is located on Pinecroft Road just off Interstate 40, across from the Sheraton Hotel & Koury Convention Center touting 300,000 square feet of meeting and convention space and 1,000 hotel rooms and adjacent to Four Seasons Town Centre, a 1.1 million square foot super regional mall anchored by Belk, Dillard’s and JCPenney.

Construction is already underway at Four Seasons Station on a 75,000 sf, state of the art 18-screen theatre to open in late November. Complementing the theatre will be a mix of retail and restaurant space totaling approximately 100,000 square feet.
