Faison Names Steve Smith Managing Director of Construction and Development
Charlotte, NC — February 8, 2006 — Faison announced today that Steven H. Smith has been promoted to Managing Director of Construction and Development for Faison’s Carolina’s region. Steve will continue to be responsible for overseeing retail construction and development activities for the Carolinas region. Since joining Faison in 1997 he has been responsible for the rezoning/due diligence, design and construction management of Wards Crossing in Lynchburg, VA, Alexander Place Promenade in Raleigh, South Square redevelopment in Durham, NC, Aberdeen Commons in Aberdeen, NC, Mooresville Crossing in Mooresville, NC, and Sycamore Commons and Northlake Commons in Charlotte, NC.
