Faison Acquires Land for Kedron Village Expansion
Construction of Target-anchored shopping center to begin in March
Atlanta, GA – January 21, 2005 - Faison Enterprises, Inc. (www.faison.com) completed the purchase of land from Peachtree City Holdings for the Kedron Village expansion. The new $35 million, 280,000-square-foot shopping center will be located adjacent to the existing Kroger at Peachtree Parkway and Ga. Highway 74 in Peachtree City, Ga. and includes a Target, three additional anchors as well as 15,000 square feet of second-floor office space. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Faison will begin construction at Kedron Village in mid-March 2005 with opening scheduled for spring 2006.
